As high-speed internet continues to gain popularity, internet service providers (ISPs) themselves are struggling to keep customers happy. WASHINGTON – Presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., is proposing breaking up internet service providers such as AT&T and Comcast in his new plan to expand Internet access.
